In order to honor our guests in the shop, we will only answer the phone for call- in orders if there is not a line at the counter.  We don't want to add delays to their orders by slipping call-in orders in the que.  You are welcome to call,  but we appreciate you understanding that we give priority to in-person customers.

We add a small amount of oil and sugar to this sourdough to soften the crumb for perfect sandwiches. It also makes amazing toast.

This is what made us fall in love with bread and inspired our name. A crisp and flavorful crust on the outside and a soft chewy crumb inside.
